Ayurveda tourism questions
Can Ayurveda cure my condition?
No one can promise that. Ayurveda may support wellbeing, but it should not replace treatment for serious illness. Never stop prescribed medicines without your own doctor's advice.
Who decides which treatment I receive?
Only the qualified Ayurveda physician at the treatment centre, after consultation. Our coordinators help with information, travel and logistics, not medical decisions.
Do I need a medical visa?
International visitors should check the official Indian visa portal (indianvisaonline.gov.in). Its e-Visa includes treatment under Indian systems of medicine, subject to its conditions.
How long should I stay?
14 days is a common starting point; Panchakarma often needs 14–28 days. Your physician will advise what is suitable.
What does it cost?
It depends on the centre, room and programme. We show prices only when the provider has confirmed them, split into treatment, stay, transport and fees.
What do Ayur Silver, Gold and Diamond mean?
They are Kerala Tourism classifications for Ayurveda centres, with validity dates. They are separate from the clinical registrations and licences a healthcare provider needs, which we check independently.
Is my information shared?
Only with authorised staff and the providers needed to handle your request, and only with your permission. Medical details are kept away from travel staff.
Can I bring my family?
Yes. We can arrange companion rooms, transport and optional sightseeing for family members.
What if I need to cancel?
Each provider sets its own cancellation and refund terms, which you'll see before confirming anything.
What should I do in an emergency?
Call 112 (or 108 for an ambulance) in India and go to the nearest hospital, then contact your coordinator.
