Patient & family assistance
From your first enquiry to your journey home, a coordinator is your single point of contact for non-clinical help.
What coordinators help with
- Answering questions in English, Malayalam, Hindi and other languages where available
- Arranging and changing appointments and transport
- Companion and family needs
- Local contacts, SIM cards and currency
- Departure arrangements
- Passing your follow-up questions to the treating provider
Your health information
Please don't send medical reports by ordinary email or WhatsApp. If a provider needs your records, they will give you a secure way to share them, and only with your permission. Travel staff never see clinical details.
Emergencies
Our coordinators are not an emergency service. In a medical emergency in India call 112 (or 108 for an ambulance) and go to the nearest hospital, then let your coordinator know.
